The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry released Wednesday a list of small and medium enterprises with good working conditions. 

Recognized with 564 other companies, Perception was chosen based on the following criteria: CEO's vision, company philosophy, growth potential, employee recommendation rate, executive capacity, in-house culture, opportunity for promotion, welfare, benefits, and more.
