The CEO and many who work at Perception often hear the question, "What does Perception do?"

This is a unique question because Perception covers a wide range of business practices, and there are many long-term projects that are difficult to add to the "Portfolio" portion of this website.

This can cause a problem because many prospective employees have not fully grasped Perception's work before applying and the result was an improper fit within the company.

Therefore, in an attempt to solve this problem and break away from a traditional interviewing setting, this recruitment party was introduced. 

This event provided and in depth look at what Perception does as well as an opportunity to interact with the employees at Perception to fully see the dynamics of Perception our work.
