Background & Key Issues
eBay Korea, which has been maintaining rapid growth through its unique e-commerce platform and services, lacked an up-to-date recruitment page due to its original reliance on Adobe Flash Player. Additionally, although the site provided crucial information, the most recent content fell back to 2012, giving the impression that the website is not regularly updated.
Approach & Solution
Our goal was to break away from eBay Korea's old website image and develop it into a highly usable site with sophisticated designs. The new design strove to provide recruitment information through recent company activities and advertisements as well as provide content related to company culture, organization, business, and employees.

Designed a recruitment page for eBay Korea with renewed user interface
Implication
We chose a simple and plain design for eBay Korea's recruitment page layout, and put a media center and employee interviews on the bottom of the main page so that the latest information for each job opening could be shown, making for an easy delivery of information.
By providing more varied content, such as information about the company
culture, organization, business, and employee interviews, we have upgraded the
website as a venue to provide not only recruitment-related information, but
also detailed information about the company.
